Here Is What You Can Expect

Step 1 – Click the link below and complete the short Program Enrollment Notice of Intent.

Step 2 – LSI will conduct a code check of the local signage ordinances, physically survey your station, generate a set of drawings (Brand Book) showing the changes, and submit the drawings along with the Budget Quote for you to review and approve along with the estimate from the Sign Manufacturer.

Step 3 – You will then review and approve the Brand Book, issue a Not to Exceed PO to LSI along with a separate PO to the chosen Sign Manufacturer.

Step 4 – LSI will then secure permits, organize all materials, and schedule your installation within the region’s designated timeframe. We will confirm the schedule with you and keep you informed as we complete the work.

Step 5 – LSI will provide you an opportunity to walk the site and approve the work that was completed, and address any concerns you might have.

Step 6 – LSI will then compile the final costs and submit a copy of the final invoices along with the Funds Transfer Request to both you and Chevron. This will include the final costs for all materials and installation in accordance with the two POs you issue. Once you receive the money transfer from Chevron, you would then pay LSI and the Sign Manufacturer within 5 Days.

We are excited to start the process so your station can be reimaged to the new Texaco Fold-over Image. Please click the link below to get started.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will the installation take?

On average the installation of the Texaco Fold Over image takes 3-7 days, depending on the size of site, once materials are delivered, and the crew arrives on site.

Does the site need to provide any tools or equipment to complete the installation?

Our installation crew will arrive on site with all the tools and equipment needed to complete the installation. (There could be electrical or structural work that the site would be responsible for completing prior to arrival of the installation crew).

If I operate multiple sites can I sign them all up at once or do I need to wait until the allotted sign-up date?

Operators who own multiple sites will be permitted to sign-up multiple sites at one time, but the installations will be scheduled in accordance with the time slot for the location of each site.

How will the installation impact my gasoline customers?

LSI and Chevron need to ensure the safety and well-being of all customers and workers while they are on site, therefore we may need to block off specific areas while work is being conducted in those areas. LSI will always do their best to leave at least half the dispensers open at a time.
